Mission
The James Masey Advisory Service (JMAS) has been formed to be an Unmanned Systems Information Network (USIN) and is a resource that provides consulting and research/analysis expertise about, and for, the international unmanned systems community - air, ground and water.
This is the definitive point of contact through which community members can network in confidence. And, as an independent entity, JMAS ensures the highest standards and integrity of information transfer in both the private and public sectors.
James P. Masey was the Editor of Unmanned Vehicles magazine, the annual Unmanned Vehicles Handbook and their associated news and analysis web-based resource, UV Online, for more than four years (2001-2005).
Prior to taking up this position he was the Associate Editor for two years, and before that, the Research and Development Manager of the UV Handbook - a technical directory of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and payloads.
His involvement with UAS began in the late-1980s in an operational capacity, from where his knowledge and expertise stem.
